Today, were traveling back in time with Boyz II Men.

First up, It's so hard to say goodbye to yesterday, 1991, from their debut album, CooleyHighHarmony!

I'll make love to you, 1994

Water Runs Dry, 1995

And they were featured in Mariah Carey's One Sweet Day, 1995.

And onto INSANITY!

I know of many agents who I would love to rep me. It’s too difficult to pick just one. So, instead, I will tell you what I am seeking in an agent. Someone who believes in me and my work and wants to work hard together to do the best work of our lives. Someone who shares my passion and commitment and dedication. Someone who is it for the long haul and wants to forge a career together. Do I expect too much?

First I have to say I LOVE Boys II Men.

Then I would say top agents on my list are:
Chris Richman-Upstart Crow
Dan Lazaar-Writers House
Holly Root-Waxman Agency
Janet Reid-FinePrint Literary

What do they all have in common? Great sense of humor, which I think is incredibly important!

CooleyHighHarmony was the best album they ever put out. I think I was in sixth grade when we used to dance to the songs. And did you see Lethal Weapon 3 when they played "It's So Hard..." at the funeral? Talk about ripping my heart out because it was so sad! Okay...reign in the fangirl.

I would love to be repped by Kathleen Ortiz at Lowenstein Literary. I think she is an amazing agent, and she always provides help to everyone who needs it. Wish I could be one of her minions!

I didn't even know there was a 'Japan Standard Time' lol!

I'm very fortunate to be repped by Jill Corcoran at the Herman Agency. She's relatively new to agenting, and I was the first client to sign with her. She's passionate, determined and very marketing savvy. In the last three months she's sold over 10 books for her clients, with more in the wings.

There's a great interview about her here: http://tinyurl.com/2am2v27

I've heard a lot of buzz about both of these and want to read them! Thanks for the contest & have a great day!

You know I say them last week at a free concert. Hmmmm, coincidence? They looked exactly the same, but sadly they were missing their bass so they didn't sound the same.

I have no idea who I would like to have as my agent, but I always try to read AND comment on your blogs.

Yeah, I only discovered that Michael's out when I looked them up for this post. Can't imagine them without him! :(
